2) Sewer Plant Update:
a) Sandblasting has been complete since July 5, 2016. The only dust on site at this time is from block cutting by the mason. No constant dust.
b) We still have not received any additional complaints on this project from the surrounding neighborhood.
c) We are hoping to keep the project moving on track so use of the “critically silent generator” is limited to one month as it runs about $2600 in additional rental fees per month.
d) It is against safety standards to dis-engage the “beeping mechanism” on trucks on a construction site.

IV. Call to order at 6:00 PM Economic and Community Development Committee. Leslee Thompson Chair, Ty Carles and Holly Emahiser members.

1) Public meeting on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at 6:30 pm to address a request for a zoning change regarding the Drive-Thru property at 209 E Broadway.
