#4 Zoning Change: A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD ON TUESDAY OCTOBER 4, 2016 AT 6:30PM TO ALLOW THE PUBLIC A CHANCE TO ADDRESS THE PROPOSED ZONING CHANGE.
Ordinance 2016-__ amends the zoning for parcel # F23-310-260314001000, commonly known as 399 Central Ave. from R-2 Medium Density Residential to B-1 Neighborhood Business District. More detailed information will be provided at the council meeting.
#12 Citizen request for sign – “stop here on red” street sign placed in the right of way (boulevard) in front of his home at 101 N. Tarr St… request by David Richmond
**This is a change to the traffic pattern of the village street design and as such council recommendation is needed. If council approves a recommendation to place this sign then an ordinance can be drawn up and presented to council on October 4, 2016 for the first of its 3 readings
#13 Proposed motion from council; To accept the terms of the Sprint agreement in regard to the utility shed located at the base of the Grant Road Water Tower.
