1) Set up meeting dates for beginning the budge process for next year
2) Follow up with Finance Director on an explanation of the fund balance in the 901 account for street department
II. Call to order at 5:45 PM for the Public Works Committee. Ty Carles Chair, Rick Van Mooy and Art Patterson members.
1) Discussion of proposed contract on mowing with CSX/triangle area update
2) Follow up on correlation of mower number to mowers in purchase plan from Casey’s-mower program
3) Follow up with baseball/softball fields mowing schedule

1) Discussion on Fire agreement with Henry Township
2) Discussion on EMS agreement with Henry Township

1) Discussion on sign options for announcing “capital improvements” coming soon to the Village
VI. Call to order at 6:45 PM for the Personnel, Policy and Ordinance Review Committee. Rich Rose Chair, Leslee Thompson and Matt Archer members.
1) Copies of changes or additions to 13 sections of the Personnel Policy Handbook will be distributed at the meeting. Many of these are merely updating language due to changes in state or federal law
