North Baltimore Village Council met in Regular Session on Tuesday, December 1, 2015.
At the meeting council hired Courtney Bretz as Finance Clerk.
Council also named Kathy Bucher as Village Clerk to replace Rick Van Mooy. No one ran for the open seat in November. Bucher is secretary at Powell Elementary School.
