1. Rowlinson proposed re-route of Village Storm Sewer

Mr. Van Mooy made a motion to allow the Rowlinsons’ to re-route the Village Storm Sewer at no expense to the Village. Second by Mr. Patterson. All approved.

2. Discussion on change to AEP easements

Mr. Kuhlman suggested to add language to the easement ordinances. There was some discussion. Ordinances need repealed.

Mr. Van Mooy made a motion to repeal ORDINANCE 2017-28 from July 11, 2017. Second by Mr. Rose. All approved.

Mr. Van Mooy made a motion to repeal ORDINANCE 2017-29 from July 11, 2017, Second by Mr. Patterson. All approved.

Motion revised.

Mr. Patterson made a motion to read ORDINANCE 2017-28 as revised as an emergency. Second by Mr. Van Mooy.

Ms. Thompson made a motion to revise ORDINANCE 2017-28 and 29. Second by Mr. Rose. All approved.

IV. New Legislation, Resolutions, Motions or Business

Mr. Rose made a motion that RESOLUTION 10-2017 be read by number and title only for its first reading, suspend the rules, dispense with the second and third readings and declare an emergency. Second by Mr. Van Mooy.
