The North Baltimore Village Council will hold a Special meeting Thursday, at 4:30 pm.
On the agenda is a Resolution establishing an agreement with the Eagleville Joint Ambulance District; and a Resolution accepting a grant from Homeland Security. The public is welcome to attend.
