Public Safety (Ms Goldner)
Personnel, Policy and Ordinance Review (Mr. Rose)
Recommendations: 1) Approve the Village of North Baltimore Compensation Procedures dated 07-31-15 (In conjunction with the Finance and Technology Committee)
2) Authorize the Village Administrator to publicize the Citizens’ Responsibilities to Prune Obstruction in the Public Right of Way
Public Works (Mr. Art Patterson)
Recommendations: 1) Approve the Wood County Engineer’s Office proposal to install guardrails on the Broadway St. Bridge
2) Approve a budget appropriation of $238,000 from the general fund carryover to be used to bid and build a new standing seam roof for the fire hall and related roofs
Public Utilities (Mr. Cameron)
Recommendations: 1) Authorize one-time adjustment in sewer charges for residents who filled pools during 2015 without knowledge of the swimming pool filling ordinance (2015-19.) The adjustment will be based on the12 month average usage for the residence.
2) Approve the Village Administrator’s recommendation regarding Utility Charges for 216 S. Tarr St.
