On Elections Day, November 3rd, teens were invited to participate in voting for their favorite Buckeye Teen Book Award for 2015 from a list of nominees. Below, Domanic Bowser votes on a punch card voting machine on loan from the Wood County Board of Elections. Teens exercised their right to vote on mock issues such as allowing school cafeterias to install Slurpee machines, (which was unanimously approved). Voting for the Buckeye Teen Book Award ends November 10th and the results will be announced December 1st. Thanks to our responsible teen voters.
