The North Baltimore Public Library is celebrating the end of its summer reading program with a FREE movie on Thursday, July 18th at 1:30 pm. The movie – Disney’s “Up” will be shown at the Virginia Theater (119 N. Main Street). The story tells how 78-year-old Carl Fredricksen travels to Paradise Falls in his house equipped with balloons, inadvertently taking a young stowaway. All attendees will receive a small popcorn, a bottle of water, and a balloon. This movie is rated PG and has a run time of 1 hour and 36 minutes. We hope to see you at this free family event.
That evening at 6 pm will be the monthly FREE View & Chew movie – “Argylle” starring Henry Cavill, Bryce Dallas Howard, and Sam Rockwell. This movie is rated PG-13 and has a run time of 2 hours and 36 minutes. “A reclusive author who writes espionage novels about a secret agent and a global spy syndicate realizes the plot of the new book she’s writing starts to mirror real-world events, in real-time.” The theater doors will open at 5:30 pm with concessions available for purchase.
