The North Baltimore Men’s Basketball League (also known as the Dick Clark Men’s League – DCML) will be getting underway at the beginning of November. Sign-ups for NEW Players are open to those who graduated/attended NBHS, or currently live or work in NB.
The basketball league plays at the NBHS gym on Sundays, with the first game at 12:15. The past several years, four games (8 teams) have been played each week, with the last game scheduled to tip off at 3:15 (one hour scheduled for games). There is a Double-Elimination Tournament at the end of the season, usually beginning around the first of January.
The fee for the league is $50. The deadline for new player sign-up is Oct. 25. The first week of play is Sunday, Nov. 1.
The league will be under new leadership this year, as John Eichar has stepped down after many years keeping the league going. The new “manager” is Nick Brossia. You should contact Nick if you have any questions – 419-575-3977.
