The North Baltimore Local School District is currently on a 2 – hour DELAY.
The couple of inches of snow from Sunday is blowing around, with the brisk breeze shifting to the north.
East – West roads in the open spaces will likely drift. Although Henry Township reports that at this time roads are clear, with stones in the intersections (crews have been out since 4 am – according to Trustee John Stewart).
There are also reports of icy patches under some of the snow.
In the Village of North Baltimore Village, it would be nice if the people that have their cars parked on the street could move their vehicles to a curb that has already been cleared. The sooner you do this, the sooner it is likely that the spot close to your house will be cleared by street crews.
It probably would be good, if you AVOID parking on Main Street for awhile, so crews can properly clear it of snow piles. If you feel that you really need to park on Main Street, that maybe you should no angle park, but parallel park temporarily.
We all need to be part of the effort to make things better! This is only a suggestion…
