NB RECYCLES DAY – Saturday April 30

Here is an update about the North Baltimore Resident Recycle Day on Saturday.

Tires have been added to the collections, along with shredded paper and electronics.

Proof of residency required – Water Bill, and Photo ID.

Materials Accepted (RESTRICTIONS APPLY!)

• Paper/Documents for secure shredding
  • Limit 4 bank boxes, $3/bank box and $5/large box after limit of 4
  • Secure, complete destruction services by Allshred services

•  Electronics
  • Computer monitors, CPU’s (hard drives removed), Printers, scanners, keyboards, mice, phones, fax machines, copy machines, radios, microwaves, typewriters, calculators, money order machines.
    • No CRT Monitors/Box Televisions accepted.
  • For residents with more than 10 boxes of paper please call ahead
  • $1 fee after limit of 4 electronic items.
  • Watch the newspapers for more information about other recycling opportunities.

We have added tire recycling to our April 30^th Recycling Event!

• Car and light truck tires – $1 / tire

• Semi-truck tires – $4 / tire

• Tractor tires – $10 / tire

Please remember that the EPA law states that individuals may only transport no more than nine (9) tires per load.
