North Baltimore Kindergarten Registration
It is the time to be thinking about sending your child to kindergarten next fall. Any child, who will be 5 years old by August 2 and lives within the North Baltimore Local School District, should be registered by their parent or guardian for kindergarten.
The window to register them will be April 6-17 from 9am-2pm in the Powell School Office.
Parents must bring the child’s birth certificate, shot record, and social security card, 2 proofs of residency (utility bill, rental agreement, etc.), custody papers, and the parent’s photo ID.
A parent meeting is being scheduled for April 28 at 5 or 7 pm but you need to be registered before that date.
The kindergarten teachers will be conducting the assessments August 4-5.
Open House for kindergartners only will be held August 13th. If you know of a child who will be coming to kindergarten, please share this information with their parents.
