North Baltimore Senior Center team scores a striking win in Wii Bowling tournament
On Friday, September 16, five teams from the Wood County Committee on Aging’s (WCCOA’s) senior centers came together for a spirited Wii Bowling tournament. From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., the teams converged and competed at the Perrysburg Senior Center at 140 West Indiana Avenue for a chance at victory. Perrysburg’s site was represented by two teams, the other contenders being from Walbridge, North Baltimore, and a final team that consisted of members from all over the County.
As all teams proceeded through the double-elimination bracket, North Baltimore emerged the victors. This triumph also earned them the tournament trophy, which will be on display at the North Baltimore Senior Center location until the next chance a rival team has to wrestle it away. Congratulations, team!
