A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD ON TUESDAY OCTOBER 4, 2016 AT 6:30PM TO ALLOW THE PUBLIC A CHANCE TO ADDRESS THE PROPOSED ZONING CHANGE.
Ordinance 2016-32 amends the zoning for parcel # F23-310-260314001000, commonly known as 399 Central Ave. from R-2 Medium Density Residential to B-1 Neighborhood Business District. More detailed information will be provided at the council meeting.
Resolution for Corridor Road Study – Before you tonight will be Resolution 04-2016 which authorizes the Village Administrator to collaborate with the City of Fostoria to apply for a LGIF Grant in order to study the economic development potential of a corridor road between SR 199 in Fostoria and I75 in North Baltimore. This grant would be to conduct a study only at this time and there would no local share on this grant.
I am requesting this resolution be passed as an emergency tonight since the grant deadline is Monday September 15, 2016.
