The North Baltimore High School Winter Homecoming will take place from January 9th through January 14th this year. The theme for the 2017 Winter Homecoming is Sweater Weather.
Spirit days will start on Monday, January 9th with one of the classics; pajama day. On Tuesday, students and staff will dress up by participating in gothic day. For Wednesday, NB will dress up as members of a sorority or fraternity. Thursday, they are asked to dress like hippies. Then as usual, the week will end with Tiger Spirit Day on Friday as the school shows their spirit in hopes that the Tigers defeat Patrick Henry.
The annual Dude’s Volleyball team will compete against the staff volleyball team during a pep rally at the end of the day on Friday the 13th.
The Homecoming game will be January 14th, 2017. Come out and support your NB Tigers and Winter Homecoming Court! The kindergarten prince and princess are Gavin Sesok and Avery Benedict. Freshmen escort and attendant are: Zeth Johnson and Abbi North. The sophomores are Harley Cole and Hannah Lord; juniors are Billy Trout and Valerie Buchanan; and seniors are Taylor Bishop and Catlin Cook, Aaron Fisher and Kiah Powell, and Eli Smith and Andrea Roddy.
The Homecoming dance will be held on January 14th after the basketball game in the auditeria until 11pm. All students 9-12 grade are encouraged to attend. Cost is $5 and tickets can be purchased at the door. Please wear your “Sweater Weather” attire!
