Spirit days will start on Monday, January 22nd with PJ day. Students are encouraged to dress up in their pajamas to kick off the week. On Tuesday, students and staff will dress up as either a mathlete or an athlete. For Wednesday, NB will dress as their favorite TV/movie character or meme. On Thursday, they are asked to dress in elderly attire. Then as usual, the week will end with Tiger Spirit Day on Friday as the school shows their spirit in hopes that the Tigers have another win!
The annual Dudes’ Volleyball will be held Wednesday, January 24th at 5:00 in the high school gym. NBHS currently has more boys signed up to play than last year, and they will be coached by at least four of our girls’ volleyball players.
The homecoming court will be announced during the game against Saturday, January 27th. Come out and support your NB Tigers and court!
The homecoming dance will be held immediately following the game in the auditeria until 11:30 p.m. Tickets are $5 and can be purchased the week before or that night at the door. Each ticket will get you 5 game tickets as well, so you can play numerous games that will be set up throughout the high school wing. If you wish to purchase additional game tickets, they will be for sale for .25 cents each or 5 for a $1. Winning games will allow you to win prizes or enter raffle drawings for other prizes. Some prizes include gift cards, raffle baskets, candy, foosball sets, etc.
