“~Farewell quint-3~”
“We say goodbye to quint-3 this morning, over the last few weeks, the board of fire commissioners have been working with members of the North Baltimore Fire Department in Ohio on selling quint-3.
Quint-3 was built new to the Mattydale fire department in 2003, quint-3 is a 2003 Pierce Quantum with a 75ft rear-mounted aerial.
Quint-3 was a very valued fire apparatus during the 17 years of service with us as a front line unit responding to all major fire-related incidents not only in Mattydale but surrounding districts as well.
Members of North Baltimore Fire came to officially pick up Quint-3 to bring it to its new home. We hope Quint-3 will benefit the members, community and surrounding of the North Baltimore Fire Department as it did to us! We hope you all enjoy your new ladder truck!”
