Congratulations, Noah. Your project will bring joy to many people!
I am so happy to see the disc golf course finally completed! This initial project was one that the North Baltimore Business Women wanted to see for our city park. Several years ago, a couple members did our homework and made the presentation to our Village Council to see if they would agree to this project. When the organization disbanded, the remaining money in our treasury was donated to the as seed to get the project started. I want to congratulate Noah Hetrick for picking up this project and completing it for his Eagle Scout project!
