NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids for a 54 passenger propane bus for the North Baltimore Local School District will be received by the Treasurer of the Board of Education at 201 South Main Street, North Baltimore, OH 45872 until 11:00 AM EDST on November 16, 2018 and will be read publicly and recorded immediately thereafter.
Bids shall be addressed Steven Stewart, Treasurer of the North Baltimore Local School District, and be clearly marked as “BID FOR 54 PASSENGER BUS” along with the contractor’s name.
The bidding documents, including copies of the drawings, specifications, project manual, proposal form, forms of contract and bond, are on file and may be obtained from Sandy Stewart, 201 S. Main Street, North Baltimore, OH 45872. Questions also may be addressed to Sandy at 419-257-3531.
Bids shall include, and Bidders shall submit with their bids, bid security in the form of (i) a bond in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Sections 153.54 and 153.571 naming the Board of Education as oblige for the total amount of the Bid, including all add alternates, or(ii) a certified check, cashier’s check or letter of credit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid, including all add alternates, as prescribed by Ohio Revised Code Section 153.54.
