BOWLING GREEN (Thursday, May 19, 2016) – The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) District Two announces the following schedule for annual bridge inspection:
Ottawa County:
On Monday, May 23, from 9am until 4pm, lane restrictions are possible on SR 2 Edison Bridge over the Sandusky Bay.
On Tuesday, May 24, from 9am until 1pm, lane restrictions are possible on SR 2 over the Portage River.
Additionally, on Tuesday, May 24, from 1:30pm until 4pm, lane restrictions are possible on SR 19, between Mill Street and Parkland Drive in Oak Harbor. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers.
Sandusky County:
On Wednesday, May 25, from 9am until 1pm, lane restrictions are possible on US 6 over the Sandusky River.
Seneca County:
On Wednesday, May 25, from 2pm until 4pm, lane restrictions are possible on SR 224 over the Sandusky River. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers.
Lucas County:
On Thursday, May 26, from 8:30am until 10am, lane restrictions are possible on Summit Street/SR 51, between Lafayette Street and Oliver Street in Toledo. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers.
Additionally on Thursday, May 26, from 11am until 4pm, lane restrictions are possible on SR 65 Craig Memorial Bridge.
Additional lane restrictions for bridge inspection will be announced. All work is weather permitting.
