District Two serves the transportation needs of Northwest Ohio, including Fulton, Henry, Lucas, Ottawa, Sandusky, Seneca,Williams, and Wood counties. The Northwood Outpost Garage facility also serves Wood & Lucas Counties. There are approximately 3,381 lane miles of highways, 934 bridges, and about 8,000 culverts in District 2. Our headquarters is located in Bowling Green, in Wood County.

1. Interstate 75: Widening *TRAFFIC PATTERN CHANGE THIS WEEKEND*

Interstate Restrictions:
Effective Friday, October 23 from 8pm, through Saturday, October 24 at 6am, northbound I-75, between Devils Hole Road and US 20, will be reduced to one lane for traffic pattern change. Additionally, Friday, October 23, from 8pm until 11:59pm, the ramp from SR 582 to northbound I-75 will be closed for pavement work. Detour: southbound I-75; SR 64 (Exit 181); northbound I-75. Northbound I-75 traffic, from SR 582 to I-475, will be moved to new pavement by Saturday, October 24 at 6am.
Through October, northbound I-75 in Perrysburg, between the ramp from northbound I-75 to westbound I-475 (Exit 192) and the ramp from eastbound I-475 to northbound I-75, is reduced to one lane for pavement work.
Through November, overnight, from 7pm until 6am, single lane restrictions are possible on I-75 between the I-75/I-475 interchange in Perrysburg and CR 99 in Hancock County. Through 2016, southbound I-75 is reduced to two lanes from US 20 to I-475 in Perrysburg. 2. Interstate 75: Widening *UPDATE*
Lucas County (485-14, 536-14): Through July 2018, overnight, 7pm through 6am, single lane restrictions are possible on I-75, from I-475 in Toledo to I-280 for bridge work. Through fall 2016, one lane of I-75 traffic is maintained in the current northbound lane and one lane of traffic is relocated to southbound I-75 and separated by barrier wall.

Lucas County (268-14): Effective tonight at 10pm through 11pm, 10-15 minute, temporary, short-term traffic stoppages are possible on northbound I-75 near Collingwood Boulevard for sign installation. Additionally, at this time, the ramps from Washington Street and the Anthony Wayne Trail to northbound I-75 may be closed.
Through August 2016, I-75, from the I-75/475 split in Toledo to the Anthony Wayne Trail, is reduced to two lanes. Overnight, 10pm through 6am, single lane restrictions are possible in this work zone.

Lucas County: On Friday, October 23, from noon to 3pm, southbound I-280, between Greenbelt Parkway and Navarre Avenue, may be reduced to two lanes for drain cleaning. Effective Friday, October 23, from 9am to 3pm, the ramp from Front Street to northbound I-280 will be closed for drain cleaning. Detour: southbound I-280; Navarre Avenue (Exit 7); northbound I-280. 6. Interstate 475: ProMedica Parkway Ramp
Lucas County: Through 2016, the ramp from ProMedica Parkway to eastbound I-475 is closed for traffic control. Detour: westbound I-475; Douglas Road. All work is weather permitting.
7. Interstate 475/U.S. Route 23: Interchange Upgrade
Lucas County (184-14 & 210-15): Through December, the ramp from southbound US 23 to Central Avenue is closed. Detour: southbound I-475/US23; Airport Highway (Exit 8A). Additionally at this time, southbound US 23 traffic is reduced to one lane from the I-475/US 23 split in Sylvania to Central Avenue. The ramp from westbound I-475 to Central Avenue (Exit 13) is open.
Overnight lane restrictions are possible at the interchange of I-475/US 23 from Central Avenue to N. Holland Sylvania Road. Through October, lane restrictions are possible on Blossman Road, between Moffat Road and Plainview Drive for bridge work. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. Project complete: December. 8. Interstate 475: Bridge Widening
Lucas County (251-13 & 235-14): Through October, the ramp from westbound Airport Highway to northbound I-475 is closed. Detour: southbound I-475; Salisbury Road/Dussel Drive (Exit 6). Through December, Angola Road at I-475 is closed for bridge replacement. Detour: Holland Park Boulevard; North Mall Drive; McCord Road; Airport Highway; Holland Sylvania Road.

15. State Route 2: Anthony Wayne Bridge Project *LOCAL CLOSURE MONDAY*
Lucas County (58-13): The Anthony Wayne Bridge is open to one lane of traffic in both directions. Through November, expect lane restrictions and no pedestrian access for finish work. 5. Interstate 280: Drain Cleaning *DAYTIME RAMP CLOSURE FRIDAY*
Lucas County: On Friday, October 23, from noon to 3pm, southbound I-280, between Greenbelt
Parkway and Navarre Avenue, may be reduced to two lanes for drain cleaning. Effective Friday,
October 23, from 9am to 3pm, the ramp from Front Street to northbound I-280 will be closed for
drain cleaning. Detour: southbound I-280; Navarre Avenue (Exit 7); northbound I-280. All work is
weather permitting.
6. Interstate 475: ProMedica Parkway Ramp
Lucas County: Through 2016, the ramp from ProMedica Parkway to eastbound I-475 is closed for
traffic control. Detour: westbound I-475; Douglas Road. All work is weather permitting.
7. Interstate 475/U.S. Route 23: Interchange Upgrade
Lucas County (184-14 & 210-15): Through December, the ramp from southbound US 23 to Central
Avenue is closed. Detour: southbound I-475/US23; Airport Highway (Exit 8A). Additionally at this
time, southbound US 23 traffic is reduced to one lane from the I-475/US 23 split in Sylvania to
Central Avenue. The ramp from westbound I-475 to Central Avenue (Exit 13) is open.
Overnight lane restrictions are possible at the interchange of I-475/US 23 from Central Avenue to N.
Holland Sylvania Road. Through October, lane restrictions are possible on Blossman Road, between
Moffat Road and Plainview Drive for bridge work. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. Project

8. Interstate 475: Bridge Widening
Lucas County (251-13 & 235-14): Through October, the ramp from westbound Airport Highway
to northbound I-475 is closed. Detour: southbound I-475; Salisbury Road/Dussel Drive (Exit 6).
Through December, Angola Road at I-475 is closed for bridge replacement. Detour: Holland Park
Boulevard; North Mall Drive; McCord Road; Airport Highway; Holland Sylvania Road.
Through May 2016, overnight from 8pm until 6am, lane restrictions are possible on I-475, between
Angola Road and Salisbury Road/Dussel Drive. 11-foot lane width restrictions are in place on I-475,
between Angola Road and Salisbury Road/Dussel Drive. Project complete: August 2016. All work is

9. Interstate 475: Noise Wall Installation
Lucas County (314-14): Through October, intermittent shoulder and lane restrictions are possible
on I-475, between Corey Road and Woodley Road, for finish work. Project complete: October. All

10. Interstate 475: Pavement Work
Wood County: Through October, overnight from 7pm to 6am, single lane restrictions are possible
on I-475 in both directions between SR 25 and US 24 for pavement work. All ramps will remain

11. Interstate Maintenance Work
Lucas and Wood Counties: Through December, intermittent overnight lane restrictions are
possible on I-75, I-280 and I-475 in Lucas and Wood counties for maintenance work. Project

12. U.S. Route 20: Central Avenue Interchange Project
Lucas County (210-15): Through September 2017, overnight from 9pm until 6am, lane restrictions
are possible on I-475/US 23 between Dorr Street and the I-475/US 23 interchange. 11-foot lane
width restrictions are in place within the work zone. Additional restrictions will be

13. U.S. Route 20: Utility Work
Lucas County: Through November, overnight from 9pm until 6am, lane restrictions are possible on
Central Avenue, between I-475 and Central Park West, for gas line relocation. For more

14. U.S. Route 20A: Eber Road Roundabout Project
Lucas County (184-15): Through November, US 20A at Eber Road will be closed for roundabout

15. State Route 2: Anthony Wayne Bridge Project *LOCAL CLOSURE MONDAY*
Lucas County (58-13): The Anthony Wayne Bridge is open to one lane of traffic in both
directions. Through November, expect lane restrictions and no pedestrian access for finish work.
Effective Monday, October 26, from 7am until 7pm, Miami Street, between Stratton Street and
Greenwood Avenue, will be closed for bridge work. Detour: Fassett Street; Oak
Street. Additionally through November, intermittent lane restrictions are possible on Yondota
Street, Utah Street, Morris Street, Miami Street, and Ottawa Street for bridge work. Project

16. State Route 25: Safety Project
Lucas County (299-15): Through November 2016, the Anthony Wayne Trail, between Hippo Way
and City Park Boulevard, is reduced to two lanes for intersection safety improvements and pavement

17. State Route 64: Roundabout and Realignment
Lucas County (143-15): Through October, intermittent lane restrictions are possible on SR 64 at

Lucas County (236-14): Effective Saturday, October 24, from 7am until 7pm, the Spectrum Drive
and the roundabout at North Mall Drive/Hall Road and McCord Road will be closed for pavement
repair. Detour: Airport Highway/SR 2; Holland Sylvania Road; Hill Avenue. Through September
2016, McCord Road between North Mall Drive/Hall Road and Spectrum Drive is closed to vehicular
and pedestrian traffic. Detour: Holland Park Boulevard; North Mall Drive. Project complete:

19. U.S. Route 6: Pavement Reconstruction and Bridge Work
Wood County (170-14): Through June 2016, the ramp from southbound I-75 to eastbound US 6 is

road, is reduced to one lane in each direction. Lane widths are restricted to 11ft in this work
