The following is a weekly report concerning construction and maintenance work on state highways within the Ohio Department of Transportation District 1 which includes the counties of Allen, Defiance, Hancock, Hardin, Paulding, Putnam, Van Wert and Wyandot. This report is issued each week beginning in April and continues through November.

Allen County
Interstate 75 Reconstruction Project For the most recent information concerning the Interstate 75 reconstruction project through Lima and Allen County please visit www.odotlima75.org
Ohio 65 between State Road and Lutz Road north of Lima will be reduced to one lane through the work zone for maintenance of drainage structures. Work is being performed by the Allen County ODOT maintenance garage.
Ohio 66 between Zion Church Road and Bloomlock Road, approximately four miles north of Spencerville, will be reduced to one lane through the work zone for maintenance of drainage structures. Work is being performed by the Allen County ODOT maintenance garage.
Interstate 75 southbound near Beaverdam will be reduced to one lane through the work zone for maintenance of drainage structures for two days during the week. Work is being performed by the Allen County ODOT maintenance garage.
Defiance County
Ohio 18 on the west side of Sherwood will be reduced to one lane through the work zone throughout the majority of the week for sealing of pavement cracks and for work on bridge and culvert joints. Work will be performed by the Defiance County ODOT maintenance garage.
Hancock County
Interstate 75 in Wood and Hancock counties: Through November, from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m., single lane restrictions are possible on I-75 between the I-75/I-475 interchange in Perrysburg to County Road 99 in Hancock County. Through 2016, 11-foot lane width restrictions are in place on I-75 between U.S. 20 in Perrysburg to County Road 99 in Hancock County. The project will continue until October 2017.
U.S. 30 between Ohio 235 and U.S. 68 will be restricted to one lane through the work zone throughout the week for sealing of pavement cracks. Work is being performed by the Hancock County ODOT maintenance garage.
Hardin County
Ohio 309 eastbound from the Wyandot County line to Kenton will be reduced to one lane through the work zone the majority of the week for sealing of pavement cracks. Work is being performed by the Hardin County ODOT maintenance garage.
U.S. 68 between Washington Street and Wayne Street in the village of Dunkirk will close April 13 for approximately one week for railroad repair. Traffic detoured onto Ohio 81, Ohio 235 and U.S. 30 back to U.S. 68. Work is being performed by LandRail Inc., LaOtto, Ind.
Paulding County
U.S. 127 between Garfield Avenue and Jackson Street will be closed for approximately eight months beginning April 13 for a sewer separation project. Traffic detoured onto Ohio 613, Ohio 637 and Ohio 111 back to U.S. 127. Work is being performed by VTF Excavation, Celina.
Putnam County
Berm work will take place at the following locations for the majority of the week with traffic maintained through the work zone. Work is being performed by the Putnam County ODOT maintenance garage:
-Ohio 694 between Ohio 117 and Ohio 115
-Ohio 115 between U.S. 224 and Ohio 15
Van Wert County
There are no projects scheduled during the week which will have a significant effect on traffic.
Wyandot County
U.S. 23/30 northbound at Upper Sandusky is currently reduced to one lane through the work zone for bridge repair in preparation for upcoming pavement repair and resurfacing. Beginning Monday both northbound and southbound will be reduced to one lane through the zone. On U.S. 23 the zone extends from south of Ohio 182 to just south of County Road 47, and on U.S. 30 from the U.S. 23 split to Township Highway 103. Work is being performed by Kokosing Construction, Columbus.
