HENRY TOWNSHIP TRUSTEES
REGULAR MEETING
April 24, 2018
The regular meeting of the Henry Township Trustees was called to order by Chairman Stewart with the following members responding to roll call: Present: Stewart, Wymer. Absent: Baltz.
It was moved by Wymer seconded by Stewart to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of April 10, 2018 as presented. Roll call: Ayes: Stewart, Wymer. Nays: None.
Motion carried.
It was moved by Wymer seconded by Stewart that bills be approved for payment and checks issued for expenses totaling: $ 8,046.40
Roll call: Ayes: Stewart, Wymer. Nays: None. Motion Carried.
Old Business
Road estimates from County Engineer were distributed and will be discussed at the 5/8/2018 meeting after review.
New Business
Repairs of road through the quarry (Cherry St.) have been completed by Twp. road crew will assistance from North Baltimore village personnel.
Disposal of excess township equipment was tabled and will be re-visited in the future.
F.O. will scan estimates for shared road to Allyson Murray – N.B. Village Administrator.
There being no further action to come before the Board the meeting was adjourned upon motion.
