North Baltimore resident Jim Hankins was on the Slippery Elm Trail Friday morning (9/11) when he met up with these soldiers on weekend maneuvers.
According to Jim, a big truck dropped them off. They walked so far, turned around and went back. There were also trucks at different roads with water.
Thanks for sharing, Jim! Glad to see our protectors/ defenders being able to do this instead of what we remember from 9/11/01.
