Position Posting: Social Services Nurse
Social Services Nurse for the Wood County Committee on Aging. Duties include facilitation, implementation and planning of health related programs and services for older adults.
Associate of Applied Science, Registered Nursing Program or Bachelor degree in Nursing preferred. Required additional professional credentials and/or current licensure of Registered Nurse with experience in geriatrics.
Must demonstrate effective communication skills.
Successful candidate must demonstrate fluency in English, with strong writing and verbal skills.
Computer knowledge and proficiency required.
Must possess a valid Ohio driver’s license with proof of auto insurance (state minimum).
Must be eligible for bonding and insurable under agency policy.
Successful candidate must pass BCII and BMV background checks.
