There are 5 Wood County Auditor parcels (as outlined in map above) containing a total of 130.87 acres m/l of farmland. The farm will be offered at public auction all together as one parcel. This farm fronts on Cygnet Road. There are no buildings being sold. Soils are primarily Hoytville clay with some Nappanee and Sloan soils.
TERMS: NO BUYER’S PREMIUM. $25,000 down on the day of auction. Balance is due at closing on or before 45 days at the buyer(s)’ option. Buyer(s) will receive Guaranteed Certificate of Title and Deed with proper real estate tax proration. Possession will be at closing.
