Notice of Public Hearing before the North Baltimore Village Council

Change of Zoning Classification Request

A Public Hearing will be held at the Village Hall, 205 N. Main Street – North Baltimore, Ohio,45872 on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at 5:00 p.m.

This Hearing is necessary to take action on a request from Theresa Kim for a “Change of Zoning Classification” on property located at 0 Richardson Street (parcel #F23-310-360112026000; parcel #F23-310-360112027000; parcel #F23-310-360112028000) North Baltimore, Ohio. This site is currently vacant and the request is a proposed change of the Zoning District designation from R-2, Medium Density Residential to B-2, General Business.

This property is located across the street from the Lock-It-Up-Storage complex on Richardson Street.
