Ray R. Rosendale, 66, of North Baltimore formerly of Bloomdale, died at 5:37 a.m., Thursday, January 21, 2016, at the Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay. He was born on November 21, 1949, to the late Rolla O. and Eleanor L. (Archer) Rosendale.
Ray is survived by his sister, Mary L. Brumbaugh of North Baltimore; his brother, Wallace O. (Diana) Rosendale of Cedar, MI; sister-in-law, Jennifer Rosendale of Grandview; and many nieces and nephews. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Lawrence E. Rosendale; and his brother-in-law, Nelson Brumbaugh.
Ray was a former Security Officer and a member of the Christ Community Church, Bloomdale. He was a 1968 graduate of Elmwood High School and received his Associates Degree from Penta Tech (now Owens CommunityCollege).
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, January 25, 2016, at SMITH-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, North Baltimore, where visitation will be held 2 hours (11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.) prior to the service. Burial will be in Bloom Chapel Cemetery, Bloom Township. Pastor Rick Broughton officiating.
