The volunteers of the Red Shoe Society BG and Beyond, gathered numerous times at several locations last week collecting pajamas for adults who need to spend some overnight time at the Ronald McDonald House of Northwest Ohio.
Saturday night the volunteers met at the North Baltimore McDonalds to package up the goodies they had created and collected, in preparation for the delivery trip to Toledo.
Pajamas for both women and men were received, as well as a few children’s sizes too.
Some Jr. Red Shoe volunteers met earlier in the week to put together jars of “Snowman Soup” to be presented to families that check in to the Ronald McDonald House for a stay.
Mary Hinkelman, said ” You can still drop off pajama donations at McDonalds in North Baltimore if you wanted to donate but weren’t able to get them here this week. We will make sure they get delivered to Ronald McDonald House.”
