Reginald “Chub” August, 84, NB

Reginald “Chub” August, 84 of North Baltimore died at 12:03 p.m. on Sunday, September 20, 2015, at the Bridge Hospice Care Center, Bowling Green.

He was born on November 20, 1930, in Van Buren to the late David Hiram and Opal (Clark) August. He married Patricia Orwick on February 5, 1955 and she survives.

Reginald is also survived by his sons: Tim (Sandi) August of Findlay, Earl (Dianna) August of Findlay and Jeff (Terri) August of North Baltimore; his daughter, Lisa (Devin) Lipsey of Maryville, TN; 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his brothers: W. Carroll and David August.

Reginald was a U.S. Air Force Veteran having served our country from 1951-1954. He was a life time farmer, and was a retired Bus Driver for the Elmwood Schools and also retired from U.S. Postal Service. He was a 60 year member of the North Baltimore American Legion Post 539.

A private family graveside service will be held in Weaver Cemetery, Bloom Township, where full military rites will be performed by the North Baltimore American Legion Post 539.
