The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) has no authority over blocked rail crossings. The PUCO is collecting blocked crossing information on behalf of the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA.) The FRA intends to use the data generated to analyze the ongoing and nationwide issue of blocked rail crossings. Information submitted will be submitted to the FRA.
