Richard Hosmer, 84, of Cygnet died at 10:15 a.m., Wednesday, September 9, 2015, at the Wood County Hospital, Bowling Green.
He was born on October 21, 1930, in Toledo to the late Wallace and Dorothy (Funk) Hosmer.
He married Becky A. Husted on October 7, 1950, and she preceded him in death on June 21, 2011.
He is survived his sons: Alan Hosmer of Cygnet and Richard (DeeAnne) Hosmer of Bloomdale; his daughter, Lucinda (Ken) Derr of Wayne; his 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Richard was a retired farmer.
A public graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 12, 2015, in New Maplewood Cemetery, North Baltimore.
Arrangements are entrusted to SMITH-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, North Baltimore.
