Final Christmas Applications will be accepted from November 28th thru December 9th for toys only.
November 23, 2016 (BOWLING GREEN OHIO) – The Salvation Army’s final dates to accept Christmas applications will be Monday, November 28th through Friday, December 9th. Families can
apply to receive toys for Christmas for children ages 14 and younger.
Applicants must bring ALL of the following documentation to complete an application:
– Photo ID for all adults in the home
– Social Security Cards for each member of the household
– Birth Certificates for children age 14 and younger
– Verification of Income
– Proof of address
