The February “View and Chew” Matinee is scheduled for Wednesday, February 7, 2018 beginning at noon in the Wolfe Community Room of the North Baltimore Public Library. The movie is free and those attending are encouraged to bring their lunch or a snack. Water and coffee will be provided. This movie is for adults only.
A movie license is purchased yearly by the Friends of the North Baltimore Public Library, which permits the showing of released movies. Although it is usually used to show children’s movies, the library decided to show movies for adult on a trial basis to determine interest.
The movie selected at the January matinee will be the recently released movie “Marshall”. This movie is based on the incredible true story of future U.S. Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall and one of the landmark cases of his life. The movie features actors Chadwick Boseman, Sterling K. Brown, Kate Hudson, and Josh Gad. It will be an interesting look at history.
