COLUMBUS —State Senator Randy Gardner completed the 2015 legislative session closing in on 10,000 consecutive roll call floor votes in his years of service as a member of the Ohio Senate and House of Representatives.
Senator Gardner has never missed a roll call vote on bills, amendments or policy resolutions, casting 9, 811 consecutive votes.
“Senator Gardner’s work ethic and voting record is unmatched at the Statehouse,” Senate President Keith Faber said. “He works as hard as anyone in the Senate to represent his constituents. His record is astounding.”
In addition to his voting record, Gardner serves on some of the most important committees in the Senate. He is chair of the Finance Committee’s Higher Education Subcommittee and also serves on the Senate Health Committee, Senate Education Committee, the Senate Agriculture and Natural Resources Committee and the Senate Energy and Environment Committee.
