Set-Up Schedule for GOST – Road/Parking Closures

SET-UP SCHEDULE: GOOD OLE SUMMERTIME FESTIVAL (GOST)

The Good Ole Summertime Festival is set for ‘THE LAST SATURDAY IN JULY”- July 29th.

Set-up for the festival will begin Friday, July 28, at approximately 9:00am, depending on the vendor or event.

At that time, streets, alleys and certain other areas will begin to be closed off to “thru traffic”.

Friday evening, Food vendors will begin setting up on North Main Street – from Broadway to the alley by the Historical Center. North Main Street to Walnut will be closed as needed.

The Car Show will also begin set-up on Friday afternoon – N Main St near NB Library/Walnut St area.

The Beer Tent will be set up on East Broadway from the East Alley to Main Street. The scheduled time is approximately 9:00am or after. Access to the Post Office will be maintained until 5:00.

The 5K Run will set up on West Broadway north of the Huntington Bank, Friday evening. Time varies.

At 6:00, Flea Market vendors will begin set-up on North Main Street from Broadway south to the tracks.

At Noon, Rides will begin set-up on South Main from The 4–way (State St) to Water Street.

On Saturday a Military Vehicle Display will be set up north of the car show on North Main St. Parking  will be available at Powell School.

The North Baltimore Area Chamber of Commerce would like to provide you with this festival set-up schedule and map to help us all avoid as much inconvenience as possible. Friday afternoon festival vendors will be coming into town and some events will begin set-up on Friday evening. We realize there may be some disruption to you, your customers’ and/or your deliveries normal traffic flow.

Thank you in advance for your help and cooperation!  We are looking to make this year’s event the best yet!

Stop up to see North Baltimore native, Sean Williams performing from 7:00-9:00pm in the beer garden.

Sincerely,

The GOST Committee
