Wood County Special Olympic athletes participated at the state swim meet held December 6 & 7. The event was held on The Ohio State University’s campus at the Bill and Mae McCorkle Aquatics Pavilion.
Wood County Special Olympics provides year round sports training and opportunities to compete in 12 sports. Over 450 athletes participate in one or more sports. The program is operated by Wood Lane (Wood County Board of Developmental Disabilities).
