North Baltimore Police Chief Allan Baer reports that two North Baltimore residents and one Toledo man, were indicted by the Wood County Grand Jury for their alleged involvement in the heroin overdose death of Maria Morales, 28 on 01/23/2015.
Jesus Catirino Sanchez, 24, Toledo, was charged with 1 count Involuntary Manslaughter (F-1), 1 count Reckless Homicide (F-3).
Joshua Truett Grant, 27, NB, was charged with 1 count Reckless Homicide (F-3).
Robert M. Sterling, 31, NB, was charged with 1 count Permitting Drug Abuse (F-5).
On 01/23/2015 North Baltimore Police and EMS Personnel were dispatched to 216 1/2 E. Water St in regards to an unresponsive female. Life saving techniques were deployed and Morales was transported to the Wood County Hospital where she was pronounced dead, of a suspected Heroin Overdose.
NBPD began investigating the incident and through the investigation was able to determine the names of subjects who was directly involved. After a several month long investigation was case was presented to the Wood County Grand Jury.

it’s about time these ppl are held accountable for their actions. no different then the bar selling to the drunk who leaves the establishment causing a death to another. ROUND THEM UP BOYS!!!! GREAT JOB!!! SORRY FOR THIS FAMILIES LOSS
