The North Baltimore High School Boys Basketball squad traveled to New Riegel (13 – 8) for a non-league game with the former MAL opponent.
The Tigers (11 – 10) held the lead after the first quarter by one and extended it to two points, 29 – 27 at the half. NB would bump the lead to 6 points after three quarters and held on for the 4 point win, 61 – 57.
Freshman Levi Gazarek had a double-double with 19 points and 10 rebounds to lead the visitors. Julian Hagemyer and Adam Flores added 12 points each. Chase Naugle had 8 points, 3 steals and 6 assists. Noah Brian had 8 points and Brady Rader added 2 points.
The Junior Varsity score was New Riegel 42 and NB 9.
