The North Baltimore (4 – 4, 5 – 5) Tiger Football team sent the five seniors off in style, beating on Vanlue (1 – 7, 2 – 8) at NB’s War Memorial Field, 63 – 6.
The Tiger Seniors were Noah Brian, Taylor Bishop, Jimmy Smith, Gage Carles and Bryce Gunter.
The Tigers and Wildcats both started slow, but then NB found their offensive stride, scoring six TD’s, in 16 minutes, to take a 43 – 0 lead at the half. There was a running clock the entire 2nd half, holding the score down.
Taylor Bishop (98 rushing yards, on 11 carries) had the first score, with a TD run from one yard out, late in the first quarter. Bishop also scored on a 14 yard TD run in the 3rd quarter.
Brady Rader was 9 for 12 passing, for 270 yards, completing five TD passes, first one to Chase Naugle from 37 yards, Noah Brian 20 yards, Naugle again covering 64 yards, David Patterson 61 yards, Tyler Durfey from 27 yards.
Jimmy Smith would run in for a one yard TD run and Kole Wymer added a 75 TD run to finish off the game.
Receiving the passes were Naugle 3 catches for 106 yards, Brian 2 catches for 51 yards, Patterson 2 for 66 yards and Durfey 2 for 47 yards.
Noah Brian was 7 of 8 on extra point kicks for the game.
