Here is the Meeting Agenda from Tuesday, September 8, 2015
A. Welcome
a. Meeting format: Meetings will typically be held in the Community Room at the North Baltimore Public Library. Please see the attached meeting schedule.
b. Question box: To help our meetings run as smoothy and efficiently as possible, we have provided a question box. If you have a question that is not answered during the meeting, please fill out a question/comment paper and leave it in the box on your way out. Our core production team will get back to you with answers as soon as possible, and send them out to the entire database if applicable.
B. Introduction of Core Production Team: Emily Meyerson, Ben Pack and Fran Weith.
a. Janet Goldner will return as our rehearsal/production accompanist for this show.
b. Sharon Casey will return as Treasurer for the Rocky Ford Community Theatre.
c. List of leadership/committee positions needed: Please see the attached list of positions needed and descriptions of each.
d. Sign-Up Sheets: Sign up sheets will be available after the meeting tonight.
