Interstate 75 near Beaverdam will be restricted to one lane through the work zone on Tuesday and Thursday of this week for bridge deck repair and pavement grinding.
On Tuesday, Interstate 75 southbound near State Road south of Beaverdam will be restricted to one lane through the work zone for repair of a bridge deck. The restriction will be in place from approximately 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Work is being performed by the ODOT District 1 bridge department.
Also on Tuesday, a lane restriction will be in place on Interstate 75 northbound from just south of Beaverdam through the Ohio 696/U.S. 30 interchange while crews grind the pavement to add texture for traction. This operation will take place in the same location in the southbound lanes on Thursday. The operation will occur generally from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. both days.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol will assist in traffic control. All ramps at the interchange will remain open both days during the operation. Work is being performed by the ODOT Allen County maintenance garage.
