BOWLING GREEN (Tuesday, July 05, 2016) – The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) District Two announces the start of the US 6 resurfacing and culvert replacements project in Wood County. Shelly Company of Thornville, Ohio, is expected to start work on the $2.4 million project Wednesday, July 6.
U.S. Route 6: Resurfacing and Culvert Replacements
Wood County (373-16): Effective Wednesday, July 6, through July, shoulder restrictions are possible on US 6, between the Wood/Henry County line and SR 235, for culvert work.
Effective Monday, July 18, through August, US 6, between the Wood/Henry County line and SR 235, will be closed for resurfacing and two culvert replacements. Detour: SR 65; SR 281; SR 235. Project complete: October. All work is weather permitting.
