Help us improve wildlife habitat by fighting one of the worst invasive species in our area. Dress to work outdoors. All tools will be provided and no experience is necessary.

Wildflower Wednesdays

Wednesday, April 15, 6:30 – 7:45 p.m.

Cedar Creeks Preserve (open shelter)

Nature awakens with a burst of colorful blossoms. See what’s in bloom, find out fun facts & folklore, and discover what else springs up along the trail. Dress for the weather & wet walking.

Woodcocks go round and round; whistle, whir, and peent; then go up and down, and do it again and again. Don’t be late for this remarkable display as the sun slips over the horizon.

Farm Fun Saturdays

Saturday, April 18, 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.

Carter Historic Farm

Come to the farm for history, nature, and fun! Take a tour of the house then join in on a walk in an old woodlot. Dress for the weather and wet walking.
