Proposed Motion: To authorize the Village Administrator to hire ___________________________ as newly appointed legal counsel.
6) Winter Weather Policy- 2 different policies the Village has passed in the last 4 years.

7) Economic Development Job Creation Incentive- The actual ordinance will not be available until next week. It will be presented at the council meeting for a first reading.
