Wood County Committee on Aging, Inc. (WCCOA) presents “Brain-e-ology,” a program designed to dispel the limiting myths of memory loss and aging. The program will be held on Wednesdays from February 4-March 18 from 2:30-3:30 p.m. at the Way Public Library (101 E. Indiana Ave., Perrysburg).
The “Brain-e-ology” program gives participants a better understanding of how the brain works and the tools to incorporate brain fitness activities into daily life.
Sessions will cover the following topics:
- Memory
- Coming to Your Senses
- Language
- Creativity
- Concentration
- Logic
“Brain-e-ology” is a program designed by the Senior Center Depot for use in Senior Centers. Its goal is to incorporate advanced knowledge of cognitive functions and introduce exercises to enhance daily activities.
