Administrative Assistant for the Wood County Committee on Aging is a 40 hour per week position.
Duties include: providing a welcoming and informative atmosphere for all visitors to the Senior Center and delivering overall administrative support to all departments.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Minimum three to five years experience (including administrative and clerical support) required. Must possess strong organizational skills and be able to function independently. Be proficient in Microsoft Office (all components). Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Must have a proven record of working with older adults. Must be eligible for bonding and insurable under agency policy. Must possess a valid Ohio Driver’s license with proof of auto insurance. Meet the requirements contained in Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) 173-3-06.6 (B)(3). Must successfully complete Bureau of Criminal Investigation records check.
