- Governor John R. Kasich ordered all flags to be flown at half-staff upon all Department of Rehabilitation and Correction facilities throughout the state of Ohio and at the Ohio Statehouse from sunrise to sunset on March 22, 2016, in honor of the life and service of former Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction Director Terry Collins.

- Kasich ordered that all flags be flown at half-staff upon all public buildings and grounds throughout the state of Ohio until sunset, March 26, 2016, in honor of the lives lost in the terrorist attacks perpetrated on March 22, 2016 in Brussels, Belgium.
- Kasich announced appointments the Terra State Community College Board of Trustees and the Underground Technical Committee. Read more

- Governor Mary Taylor visited Bluegrass Farms in Jeffersonville (Fayette Co.) to tour the company’s soybean processing facility.
- Taylor toured SugarCreek Packing Co. in Washington Courthouse (Fayette Co.).
- Taylor visited Glatfelter, Chillicothe’s historic paper mill (Ross Co.), to tour the company’s facilities.
- Kasich announced reappointments to the Ohio Livestock Care Standards Board and the Industrial Commission Nominating Council.
