W.W. Knight Nature Preserve

Join us for free paddling every Monday throughout the summer. This activity is perfect for a family outing, comfort-builder for beginners, or relaxing exercise! An instructor will be available for introductory safety and skills education. All boats, life-jackets, and paddles provided. Boats and gear available on a first-come-first-served basis. Must be 4 years of age or older to canoe and 12 years old for kayaks. Call ahead for special needs or accommodations. Kayaking programs made possible by a grant from ODNR Division of Watercraft.
No registration needed.

Connect with the Maumee River and orbiting satellites on this introductory geocaching program! All materials, including GPS units and giveaways are provided. Dress for the outdoors and expect to walk roughly 1 mile. Suggested age for GPS use is 8 years and up. Program subject to alteration or postponement due to weather conditions and river water levels.
